This is the second time Ive used AAA Electrical Services, and once again they exceeded my expectations. My home was built in 1990, and I recently ran into an issue with one of my circuit breakers that was cutting power to part of the house. It was incredibly frustratingespecially when youre not sure whats causing the problem.Kenny came out on a Sunday morning, which I truly appreciated. Its not easy to find reliable service on a weekend, and his willingness to help right away already made a great impression. He was pleasant, professional, and very considerate from the moment he arrived.Kenny performed thorough diagnostics, quickly identified the issue in my power box, and clearly explained what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. His knowledge and confidence were reassuring. Best of all, he was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.Beyond the repair, he also took the time to recommend some future updates my home may need, which I found extremely helpful given the age of the house. There was no pressurejust honest, professional advice.AAA Electrical Services continues to deliver dependable, high-quality service. I had a great experience working with AAA Electric. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was excellentthey were always available to answer questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Scheduling was smooth and they showed up exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated.The quality of the electrical work was excellent and everything was completed efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Its not always easy to find contractors who are reliable, communicative, and fairly priced, but AAA Electric checked all the boxes. My great grandmother needed some assistance with electrical issues in her front 2 bedrooms and AAA sent Steven to our home who did a really good job of explaining and helping us out with the issues we are currently having. He was very respectful and kind to my grandmother which made everything easier as he did his job. Great service and if assistance is needed again I hope we get steven for the job.
