Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to get someone out fast. Communication was clear, expectations were set upfront, and the technician arrived right on time.Kerry took the time to show me the issue with my pool panel box and not just explain the replacement that was needed. I also asked for a quote on another issue, which he gladly provided without any pressure. The pool panel was replaced at what seemed like a fair price, and everything was working again just in time for the warm weather.A small timer adjustment was needed afterward, and they responded right away, sent the technician back out, and made it right. They stood behind their work and followed through taking care of the issue.The technician and his helper were professional and knowledgeable, this issue was was not something I wanted to deal with; they did a great job taking care of it. I highly recommend this company for all electricalrepairs (since they did a great job with my pool electricalrepairs).
