Please reach out to me via my website. Thumbtack now charges $29 for vendors to send one quote to customers. (Yikes!) Our business name used to be Lolita Vasquez Photography, and we recently rebranded to Image Society Sacramento! Our work is contextual and photojournalistic in approach. I don't just create super-artistic portraits of the wedding party - I look to capture moments that express movement, big human emotions and make you feel things. I love finding joy in the little things, and I always hope people can see that through my work. I'm grateful to have worked with amazing people during my career as a wedding photographer, and I hope to continue working with the best people. (I also offer a photo booth!)

Lolita was amazing to work with. I had never used thumbtack and was nervous about hiring someone online. From the first phone call we had my mind was at ease. She was very professional, prompt, responded to all my questions and had a lot of fun ideas. We did our engagement photos with Lolita too. I was so happy with how they came out! On the day of the wedding she was early, she was very fun and responsive to all the ideas my husband and I had. She also communicated with my DJ (who she did not know) about the timing of the wedding which I thought was amazing. I would highly recommend her!!!

We had such an amazing experience with Lolita. She captured every moment perfectly. I usually hate photos of myself and being photographed, but these pictures were incredible. My wedding photos made me laugh and cry and they truly help me relive my beautiful ceremony and reception. Highly recommended!!

Lolita is an amazing professional! More than a photographer Lolita is a great human being... we hired her for our courthouse wedding and without a doubt was the best thing I did! She was there early took a bunch of great pictures, during all the wedding proceedings she was taking pictures of us and also my family and friends. The great thing about working with Lolita is how much fun we had and After the awesome experience working with Lolita she gave us a lot of pictures of our courthouse wedding. A day we will remember forever! We will definitely hire Lolita many other times!!!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold a diploma in Advanced & Wedding Photography from Shaw Academy and a specialist certification on Photoshop and Lightroom from IACT.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Pick someone who really understands natural light. (They don't rely on flash unless it's super dark indoors.)
