I appreciated the time spent with me to explain all the different options and ensure my pet safety.
Very friendly team and will be doing ongoing service with them.
We had a few and other insect problem. We were in this house for a year, and had this first incident. Daniel was the first to respond, and after feeling comfortable with the answers to my concerns - we proceeded and able to schedule something the next day.
Anthony came out and answered all my wife’s questions, and by the sound of it, did a great job inside and out.
We signed up for the $79 service - every 2 months, which definitely is competitive than some of the “big boys.”
We are looking forward to a great relationship with ProServ and highly recommend them! 👍👍

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have plenty of options to choose from we customize our service to your home. Not every need is the same and we know this. Discounts can be found on Groupon and Yelp. Check them out you can get 1-time services for as little as $125 or our new “spray only service for as low as $50 every two months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy and no hassle. We have a paperless system with signing up and easy notifications to let you know when we are going to show up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed professionals through the structural pest control board. We are also licensed with Department of pesticide regulation, this license means we are able to spray your yard and many more pest. We also attend Pest World every year with our techs to get the most up to date training and continually are taking classes to provide the best service and use the best products the market provides.
