- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To better serve and to save our customer's time, we request them to identify the problem. Then we ask them what, when, why and how do they want us to help them. The clearer they are to what they want us to help them, the better and the faster we are to assist our customers.. However in some instances some customers don't know what they need or what is best for them. We assist them identify what they want and what would possibly best for them if you could answer our basic questions like. what is it that they like to get done? If there is an existing situation , what happened, how did the situation started? did they do something to solve it, etc. Then based on what they want, we educate them by giving basic information that they need to know. Then, we give our recommendation for them to make an educated decision.
