FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clarke & Rush, we believe in upfront, honest pricing—no surprises. We provide clear estimates before work begins, and many of our services come with free estimates, so you know what to expect before making a decision. We regularly offer seasonal specials and discounts on services like HVAC tune-ups, plumbing inspections, and system installations. To make sure you receive any current promotions, we recommend mentioning the offer when booking. Some discounts may be combined depending on the promotion. For larger projects, we offer flexible financing options, including promotional plans such as 0% interest for a limited time or extended monthly payment options through our financing partners. Financing terms, approval, and minimum purchase requirements vary, and we’re happy to walk you through the details. Please note that emergency or after-hours services may have different pricing, which we always explain upfront when scheduling. Our goal is simple: transparent pricing, quality work, and no hidden fees. If you ever have questions about costs, discounts, or payment options, we’re always happy to explain everything clearly before we get started.
