We had a great experience working with Obaidi and his team. They were professional, responsive, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy with the final result.
What I appreciated most was their willingness to listen to our concerns, accommodate changes along the way, and work through the details with us. Obaidi was easy to communicate with and remained responsive throughout the project. His team worked hard and took pride in getting the job completed properly.
It’s not always easy to find contractors who are dependable and willing to work with you when a project evolves, so I really appreciated their flexibility and commitment. We’re happy with the work completed and are already planning to work with Obaidi and his team again for the next phase of our project.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

Ishmael kept good communication via text, and was on time and very respectful. He was attentive to our ideas and our various concerns. His years of experience were evident in his comments and suggestions for each. He is very knowledgable and a very pleasant man and easy to talk to. The estimate was quite reasonable. In the end, we went a different route, but it was a very, very close decision. I have no doubt that our home would've been in great hands with Ismael and his crew. Do not hesitate to put them on your list

When they called me, they did not specify their business name and did not confirm a fee. So I did not even know it was their company coming to do the estimate.
Details: I'm just starting • Living room • Addition • New custom construction • Replace parts of existing structure • Home • Renter, with owner's permission to do this job

PDR drove over an hour to give me bids on my project. They were punctual, professional and really took time to listen to my thoughts on the project. PDR was ready to schedule and quoted a very reasonable timeline. It’s very refreshing to meet a company that is so responsive and professional.
Details: Complete room renovation • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want
