Our goal is to remove as much stress as possible and make your project experience smooth, clear, and comfortable from start to finish.

    1. Initial Consultation Call We’ll start with a quick call to get to know about your project. This is our chance to learn about your vision, make sure we’re a good match, and see how our services and timelines align with your needs. 2. On-Site Project Evaluation Next, we’ll schedule a visit to your project to take a closer look at the space. We’ll take measurements, photos, and talk through your ideas so we can get a full picture of what you're looking for. 3. Detailed Project Estimate Using everything we’ve gathered, we’ll prepare a clear and detailed estimate. Once you’ve had a chance to review it, we can hop on a Zoom or meet in person to go over the details, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed. 4. Final Plan & Client Approval Once you’re happy with the plan and price, we’ll work together to finalize the materials, design, and scope. We’ll walk you through the contract and map out the steps from signing to completion. 5. Design Development & Permits After signing, we’ll dive into the design work and submit plans for permits if needed. While the city reviews everything, we’ll help you choose materials and begin placing orders to keep things moving. 6. Construction Phase Once permits are approved and materials are in place, we’ll kick off the construction. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and make sure the process is smooth and stress-free. 7. Final Walkthrough & Project Delivery As we wrap up, we’ll go through everything together to make sure the final result matches your expectations. Our goal is to leave you with a space that looks beautiful, functions well, and feels like home.
