This was my first experience with Joe Wilson and Thumbtack as a platform. All I can say is WOW it was amazing on both accounts!. I needed my gutters clean on a Monday and turned to Thumbtack on a Sunday night. It was next to impossible to find someone. Joe hit me back within 30 minutes and after six emails back and forth, we had a deal. He and his helper showed up the next day, on time. They were extremely friendly and did a perfect job. Just about every time I've had our gutters cleaned on our 2-story house, they leave tons of debris and mess on the ground. There was NONE from Joe! Which made Wifey happy. Outstanding service with a smile. A true gem in a pile of rocks. Thanks!

Joe Wilson did an excellent job cleaning my gutters at the edge of my roof. We had to reschedule because of the weather but it all worked out . Joe was very professional and friendly. Answered all of my questions about my gutters. I definitely will call him again when it's time to repeat.
