Hands down the best independent contractor we have hired. The first reason we chose Gabriel was the professional email he sent with the quote, detailing the work and the cost. He also included links to all of the materials so I could see the exact costs and pick which items we liked. He even ordered a pocket door handle on Amazon that we requested, instead of the typical pocket door handle with a lever.

The work took longer than expected, but of course there were some snags once he opened up the wall (i.e. he had to relocate a light switch around the door frame). He was thorough, answered all of our questions, and touched up things that we asked for. He didn't charge us any extra for going to buy the additional materials needed (electrical accessories to re-route the light switch and more paint since the paint we had was no longer usable). He even helped my husband out when there was a medical emergency and they were the only two people at our house.

We will definitely hire him again for other work.

Gabriel did a fantastic job installing two door thresholds and he also hooked up a new air conditioner unit and sealed it to an outdoor vent help keep the garage cool. He is friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to check all the items on the list of things a liked. Gabriel responded to me immediately, understood my problem, and gave me an estimate that was comparable to other plumbers I researched. He arrived on time, cleaned before and after he worked, and did a perfect job. He was ver respectful of the house and of the people there. I am definitely going back to him when I need something.
