- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts available to Active Military, Reservists and Veterans. I offer a 10% discount to my wage. I charge $50 per Hour with a 2 Hour minimum. Dump Fee minimum is $100 Technical Jobs Service Call is $150 minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is I'll call you. I send a short message to Aquire your phone number and immediately call you. I'll leave a message and a text message with my name and business. And most importantly, it's more about the service than the money. I need to pay my bills of course, but my mission is to meet your repair needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 8 mentors that have poured into me over some time. One of them being my dad who took me out to work with him since I was about 10. In the Marines, the Combat Engineers showed me how to work concrete and mortar. One of my mentors is a good brother in Christ and we go out on some jobs and he pours in what knowledge he has. My mentors just teach me how to do it right the first time.
