What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a walk-through and discuss the details. Next I write a quote (not an estimate). If you're happy with it, you sign it. After a deposit has been received you will be placed on the schedule and work will commence shortly there after. We will work with a pay schedule to ensure comfort in both parties until the job is completed.
