Robert was very communicative and flexible to our needs. Hired him to do some interior painting, replace flooring, drywall patching, hardware removal, and an accent wall. Robert was amazing! He is my ideal contractor: professional, communicative, timely and an expert in what I requested for our open loft project. He explained the project and offered options that we accepted that I would not have even considered. His work efforts was able to complete a projected 4 day project in 2 days! Very pleased and at a very reasonable cost. We have already booked him to install the barn doors(2) and the baseboards when they arrive, as well as an additional smaller project. What a breath of fresh air after all the other shotty contractor experiences we have encountered. Thank you again, Robert!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a walk-through and discuss the details. Next I write a quote (not an estimate). If you're happy with it, you sign it. After a deposit has been received you will be placed on the schedule and work will commence shortly there after. We will work with a pay schedule to ensure comfort in both parties until the job is completed.
