We had our flooring already purchased and wanted it installed on a short timeline. Jose was able to preview the job and provide a quote quickly. His quote was fair and we chose to add an electrical outlet in our concrete slab before the flooring was laid. This element came out excellent and now allows us to have electrical near our recliners. We thought about adding baseboards after day one and quickly received a quote, again at a very reasonable price. Day two, the flooring was laid, the baseboards installed and caulked, finishing the project. The floors came out beautiful and I’m very happy with the quality of work and professionalism JB Flooring performed. We have a couple of other jobs we discussed and will be using this company again in the future. Thank you Jose!

We had an issue with our laminate flooring buckling in one area, especially with all the recent rain. JB Flooring Services came out and quickly diagnosed the problem — the original installer hadn’t left enough expansion space for the floors to adjust with moisture. He carefully removed the baseboards and trimmed the necessary areas to allow proper expansion. Since our floors are older and we can’t purchase matching planks anymore, he used a specialized adhesive on the main affected section to correct the buckling. The floors honestly look good as new! He was super honest, explained everything clearly before starting, and made sure we understood the fix. We’re extremely thankful for his work and professionalism. We’ll definitely be reaching out again if we ever need flooring services in the future.
