Pete was terrific. He was very professional, arrived at the appointed time, set up his equipment, took the photos and delivered the gallery in a timely manner. He has worked very hard to meet my expectations and to deliver a great product. When I had a concern or problem, he was there to answer my questions and to help me solve my issue. I would highly recommend Pete. Thanks Pete for making our event special and memorable.

I needed professional help in taking good looking pictures for a website. I have quite a collection of photos, but none that i really like. I went to thumbtack to see what kind of a photographer i can find in Sacramento area. I am really picky when it comes to photos, so i wanted the best photographer i could find. Several professionals have sent me their quotes, and i researched every single one for their work and reviews. Most of them were ok, but nothing i saw really wowed me until i checked out Pete's website. You can tell that the guy has talent and passion for what he does; it is all in his work.
Long story short, i made an appointment with Pete. I came in 15 minutes earlier and he was all ready to go. I booked him for 1 hour session, but it turned into 1:45 hour photo-shoot. When my hour was up, i was a little worried because i still had some ideas that i wanted to try out. Pete was really cool about it and we continued taking photos until we shot everything i wanted (with no extra charge mind you). I had some ideas of what i wanted from this photo session, but i mostly relied on Pete for the nitty gritty of it. I could tell right away that he was a professional, because he knew the right spots for the light, cool poses, and stuff like that. He was also very open to my own ideas, and we worked really well together.
To be honest i was kinda embarrassed at the beginning, because doing photo-shoot of yourself is not a typical thing that guys do, but it turned out to be very fun and rewarding experience, and i enjoyed it greatly. The pictures turned out to be awesome! Exactly what i was looking for.
So if you are looking for a professional photographer who knows what he is doing, look no further. Don't take my word for it, check out his work and see for yourself. Pete is very friendly, open, professional, and passionate about what he does. His prices are very reasonable and he truly cares about satisfaction of his clients.

Pete is a great photographer who knows what he is doing. He has tons of equipment and knows a variety of poses. He has a very quick turnaround time so I got my pictures a couple days after our session. I will definitely recommend Pete as a photographer.

I hired Pete Marcellana to be a photographer for a family photo session. Tow of my daughters were graduating from college and my husband and I were flying into Sacramento from out of state. Pete was very accommodating to our very tight schedule and even was available to do the session on a different day then we had planned. Pete kept in touch via email and text which I appreciated. During the session Pete was very professional and was open to what ever we wanted to do. I received the email with the download of all the photos taken within the time frame promised by Pete. The photos were very nice and I am very happy with them. Thanks Pete Marcellana!
