- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies and is negotiable. We start at $20 per hour at times we even charge less and at times charging up to $30 per hour. Each client and their needs are assessed individually and pricing is done fairly and affordably. We like to keep our eye focused on the long-term vision of the best customer service that includes our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the client in person and asking questions for further expectations of what is needed for them. Walk thru the home or place to be cleaned and seeing what client prefers such as areas cleaned or products used.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of home cleaning, apartment management and doing apartment turns. Many years of helping professors get ready for sabbaticals or returning from trip so cleaning and packing/organizing for them. Cleaning their homes weekly. Cleaning for many high-end clients. Years and years of experience doing a variety of cleaning and organizing whether a home or business we are up for the task. We keep up with the latest daily information on cleaning products and various ways to clean surfaces and organize spaces.
