This is an extremely personal review and one of sincere appreciation!
I had a death in my family and needed my mother’s home cleaned with urgency. My mom was my aunt’s caregiver, so she hadn’t been home in months. When my aunt passed, I was scrambling to prepare the house for her return. I found Daniele, sent her a message and got a response almost immediately! When I explained to her what was going on, without hesitation, she asked how she could help. We did a FT walkthrough to expedite the process and set up an appointment right away(again, outside of her normal schedule to get it done before my mom got home).
I couldn’t believe how much she did to help me make the house absolutely beautiful for her! Not only did she do a phenomenal job of cleaning the entire house(washed curtains, linens etc. as well!) she brought in someone from her team who helped me organize and get rid of some clutter.
They even helped me put fresh flowers in vases throughout the house! A few days following the cleaning, she sent me a very kind message to check in to see how we were doing, knowing we were dealing with a difficult loss.
To say they went above and beyond is an understatement!! I can’t thank them enough for what they helped me do for my mom. It made her return back home, just a little brighter and for that I’m truly grateful!
I have, and absolutely will continue to recommend Dan’s to anyone who wants a professional, but personalized cleaning service. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!
