- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices on our profile are quotations and are subject to change. We love seeing our clients happy after a great cleaning and we hope it can be the same to you. If you are happy with our services and would like your home to be served in a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or even daily. We would give a DISCOUNT for re-occurring cleaning. We want a long and sustainable business relationship with you and we would work with your budget. We charge extra for deep cleaning, interior fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, window/blinds cleaning. This is due to the tedious process to properly clean this areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take information about your home and ask what type of cleaning you need. It could be a standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Next we ask for photos of the areas that require attention (if applicable) or we can visit your home/business to assess the work needed to be done.
