My father's house was robbed but was in pretty bad shape to begin with. Racheal Andrus and her employees came in and got that house into better shape than it ever has been. I definitely recommend You've Got Maids to anyone looking for commercial, or residential cleaning. Not only were they able to fulfill my needs in a really short period of time, but the quality didn't suffer. I was moving my restaurant to a vacancy that has a hood that had not been cleaned in 5 years. They are not afraid to get dirty. Working with Rachael was simple and she delivered for a reasonable price.

Requested whole house clean. The areas they cleaned they did a good job. But within 5 minutes of showing up the maids said they would need an extra 2 hours from the high end of the in person estimate previously given. We said OK, but they still didn't finish. After that we said we would finish. It was a vacant house even at the time of estimate, so there should not have been any surprises, but they overshot the high end of the estimate 20 % and still did not finish.
