- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple options for pricing. This will depend on three crucial components; the size of the job, whether materials are provided or need to be procured, and the customer's preference. I try to work with each customer individually to find a payment plan that is reasonable for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at Shark's Janitorial Service enjoy to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 24 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
