So Kristina responded very quickly to my request for a quote and actually came out the same day! We agreed on a price and a day to start my every 2 wk service. She came and cleaned on the day agreed upon. She contacted me later that evening to make sure everything looked good. The two weeks came and she did not show up to clean so I text her to follow up but didn’t hear from her for a few days. I was tired and needed help. Kristina and her crew arrived and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. We had lived in our home for 11 years. It was emotionally draining to have to move. We have 6 children so the house looked less than maintained once the house was emptied out. Kristina and Bella were personable and efficient they tackled each room swiftly. Kristina helped me in other aspects of moving like packing and organization of items being loaded in the truck. She really made a huge difference in our moving experience. I wish I had met her prior to moving I think she’s a great person who genuinely is good at her job. She’s Teaching her daughter good customer service skills. Every room in my 2100 sq ft home sparkled, smelled good, and was completely clean, top to bottom. I wish I could have her out here in Nevada where we relocated. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always try to work with my customers budget. If you are scheduling from a remote area please consider travel expenses I do travel to remote areas without issues but please know a travel charge may be addressed and asked to be agreed upon prior to scheduled appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After being contacted I ask the customer to call or text me that way we can discuss the needs of the home or project. We also go over initial estimate. I try to take the time to get to know my customer, as well as answer any questions they may have for me. I will never ask a customer to put a deposit down for their appointment. This automatically gives the sense of distrust. I want my customers to know they can trust me and trust my work. I always try to go above and beyond to make your experience a great one.
