Kristina and her crew helped clean my entire 1400 sqft home in South Lake Tahoe in preparation for selling. She was willing to travel for the job and fit me into her schedule within a few days. Great work on the bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, oven, windows, etc. Wouldn't be surprised to see a bird or two fly into these windows! I would recommend to a friend. Thanks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to work with my customers budget. If you are scheduling from a remote area please consider travel expenses I do travel to remote areas without issues but please know a travel charge may be addressed and asked to be agreed upon prior to scheduled appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted I ask the customer to call or text me that way we can discuss the needs of the home or project. We also go over initial estimate. I try to take the time to get to know my customer, as well as answer any questions they may have for me. I will never ask a customer to put a deposit down for their appointment. This automatically gives the sense of distrust. I want my customers to know they can trust me and trust my work. I always try to go above and beyond to make your experience a great one.
