- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have open, friendly communication to build a rapport for our professional relationship, and for now clients, I do a simple walkthrough to go over square footage/current state of the space to be able to give a better price estimate and go over any special requests or concerns.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been cleaning and decluttering since I was 14, working with my mom on cleaning jobs up to building my own client base, as well as nearly my entire life de-cluttering. I find organizing clutter to be extremely calming for me in general, so it makes me happy to include it in my job description.
