Step 1: Introduce our business & service's. Step 2: Get an overall idea of the customers project. Step 3: Quickly brief customer on any concerns or ideas to make things easy to understand or move forward with project needs & requirements. Step 4: Give a quote. Step 5: Complete task. Step 6: Collect payment Step 7: We follow up with a text thanking customer for their business followed with a link for a review of our workmanship & company as a whole!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alot of my experience comes from being employed with successful "family owned" decorative landscaping, moving & furniture companies for nearly 18 years consecutively.
