I needed help moving a large, heavy console stereo from the garage into the living room we had had delivered from across the country. To my surprise, the delivery team could only take it as far as my garage. In a bit of a spot, I reached out to Junk Exterminators and was thoroughly impressed from the very first call. The owner replied within 30 minutes, we spoke directly, and he had a crew (himself included) at my house the very next morning, exactly on time.
Two young men showed up — the owner and one other team member — and they handled the piece with total ease, zero damage, and placed it precisely where we wanted it (which took some careful maneuvering). They were friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing even small jobs perfectly. For someone just starting out on his own, this level of responsiveness, care, and owner-level involvement is rare and refreshing. The price was great too!
I have no hesitation recommending Junk Exterminators — big or small job, they deliver outstanding service. Can’t wait to use them again!
