Had hired Wolfepacklandscaping to remove weeds from my lawn, was told they would hand pull rather than using chemicals, but over all not looking much better than it had before the work was started. Extremely disappoint with the work that was done, the job was not completed to my satisfaction. There are still areas of weeds that were not removed, areas that the lawn was dug up have large divotes, gound is now very uneven, lumpy, and just over all looks bad. Some areas are still without grass Even more disappoint in the service, responce, and commitement to being ontime for a scheduled appointments. So many excuses for being late or just not showing up. Overall can not recommand this company.

I am sorry you feel that way. I can sit as dispute all the details but what it comes down to is that we actually did the precise job we bid. It then became a situation of requesting additional services and expectations for a free or nominal fee. In addition the job was clearly stated that it would take several months before the grass survived and came back. It really is a long process. Sorry that you were dissatisfied. It's always to nice to be informed of the issues so we can resolve them.

They were very prompt in their initial response from this website. I emailed with Carrie to discuss all the details. She is very friendly and understanding. She set up the appointment and gave me a quote after assessing the size of the tree. They were able to come earlier in the day which worked great. The work was done promptly and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Trewdy for all your hard work! Good company to hire. I highly recommend their services.
