You requested a one time service basic mow and trim You contacted and responded on Christmas Eve and I mentioned I was available to stop by give you a quote Christmas Eve was raining on and off and windy. On arrival I gave you the quote personally. I believe you asked if we can do service that day we agreed knowing the weather conditions and it was after 4pm not much to work with.after Christmas Eve we’re off for the holidays and I did an expectation
