I've never seen movers work as nicely and smoothly as these guys. My move had a lot of work I know that and there was a little incident but the insurance paid with no problem. I will definitely use this company again.

The original call was good, I explained that I was going to have a hard time telling them every item and the actual number of boxes since I was not in my apartment due to COVID 19, he said it was fine. They did arrive in the stated pick up window and the two guys who were there were very nice and respectful and worked really hard. However the pick up of our 2 bedroom apartment took over 6 hours even though we packed everything. They had done a pick up before us and ran out of room on the truck, so the poor movers kept trying to rearrange things to make it work. The solution was to load up the back lift and tie it down. I was told they would go back to a warehouse to rearrange and get it all in a truck for the over 400 mile drive. I am pretty sure that did not happen as when we met at the storage unit for delivery it was still on the lift outside the truck. At delivery we had a different mover, very nice and hard worker. But a second mover never showed up. So after over an hour of waiting for the second to come my husband and I helped the mover get everything into the unit. UPDATE: I am updating this review based on the reach out that the company did. They spent a lot of time apologizing and talking to me on the phone. They are working hard to make sure this does not happen again. They took the time to hear where I felt the problems were and were happy to hear that the guys I worked directly with were quality workers.

My salesman called me offering their services in a friendly way. When I received the quote they surprised me with their good price, so I decided to move with them. I do not have much free time but anytime I called somebody was always there to take my call, that evidence shows they are committed and responsible. I am pleased for having chosen them.

I am moving for the second time and am very glad that I chose PRIME RELOCATION Services. Everyone told me that I had to lay a day or two for late delivery and that’s the exact experience I had last time with another company from NY, but the guys from PRIME delivered everything on time according to the terms of the contract. They handled everything with great care. I'm glad the foreman made sure that I wss satisfied with their service. They took great care when packing and moving the furniture and fragile stuff, they really focused on what I wanted and that’s what I look for in these companies, I’ll definitely use them again.

At the time of pick up meet a team to send the goods. 5. At the time of delivery meet a team to receive the goods. 6. Provide feedback.
