About
I am personable. I enjoy getting to know my clients as well as helping them understand Algebra. I love it when the "light bulb" goes on for a client...when they have an "aha" with a concept that's baffled them up until that point.

It was a pleasure to work with Ms Buller. She helped me with my pre-algebra lessons. We would meet either at her house or at a place close to both of us. She was always on time and very patient in helping me grasp some concepts I wasn't familiar with by explaining them in a straightforward, methodical way. In the 6 to 8 weeks she tutored me, my class grade went from a middle C to a high B which was my final grade. I am now eligible for Algebra I. I would recommend Ms. Buller to any struggling algebra student.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy Algebra. It comes fairly easily to me. My father taught high school math. I never actually considered "following in his footsteps" though until a junior college professor asked me if I'd ever considered teaching mathematics. That was step one:)

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Helping students "catch up" in a math class they've fallen behind in.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you are comfortable with. The relationship itself is a huge help or distraction from the learning of the material.
