Welcome to our family! Yes, when you hire me, you are part of our family. From the recipes I learned from my mother to my love of preparing meat as a Butcher for 18 years. I bring this passion and experience to your event.
I will work with you every step of the way on menu selection, using the finest Farm to Fork meats and vegetables. We are a Mobile Catering Service, so we travel to your location, however remote! Miguel was amazing. Loved all the different varieties of food options. We had vegetarians, meat eaters, everyone was happy and food was delicious. An extra shot out of how honest he is, we accidentally over paid him by a thousand dollars and he came back and let us know. He was great to work with and rolled with certain little hiccups such as the bar tender couldn’t make it because he was rear ended. He just made it work and everything went smooth. He never had us panic and made us feel like our rehearsal dinner night was the most important thing. Super friendly and can’t recommend him enough!

Miguel is THE BEST!!!! Responsive, punctual, friendly, all CoViD precautions were followed (fully vaccinated, masked, gloves for all use, covered containers, 6’), and food is DELICIOUS!!! Portions are generous, salsas and toppings fresh, meats are seasoned well, and his tent set up and tables look great. Miguel was a hit at our daughters second birthday parties!!! My family loved him, the tacos, rice and beans and the yummy churros! Recommend!!!!

Dos Tacos was so great to work with for our wedding after-party. They were able to come to the house early and set up, therefore it was a big surprise for our guests! Also, the tacos were so yummy and everyone loved them! They did such a great job with cleaning up and boxing all the leftover food for us! If you need a taco truck or catering, Dos Tacos y Mas is your guy!
