- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like my clients to know that my pricing is based on the level of quality, professionalism and that they will receive with the work that I provide. A mural is a work of art that has the potential to transform a space. I put my heart and soul into every piece . The price that my clients pay is more than reflected in the lasting effect of their custom mural artwork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process step by step is : I receive general idea of design and general size Quote is given We brainstorm ideas/design project , details and specifics I create sketches if needed The design is finalized We finalize price Contract is created then signed Invoice is sent Down payment (30% ) is processed Date is set to start project Project is completed Artwork is approved Clean up Final payment is processed
