My prior experience includes working as a law clerk to Sacramento Superior Court Judges and then working as an independent contractor to more than 40 attorneys and law firms. With this prior experience, I have gained knowledge of the law in all types of legal cases and understand the litigation and court process very well. I know, from personal knowledge and the results I have obtained for my clients, that this prior experience of vast legal knowledge translates to obtaining outstanding outcomes in cases for my clients. Here is an example: A client was offered $5,000.00 by an insurance company, for injuries suffered in an auto accident. The client then decided to hire attorney Jim Dighero after that low offer. Thereafter, Mr. Dighero filed a lawsuit in Superior Court and took the deposition of the other driver who caused the collision and injuries. It was determined that the other driver caused 3 other motor vehicle collisions in a short period of time. Jim is a great Attorney! I hired Jim for a personalinjury in an accident. He was very punctual with all meeting's and never failed to answer any of my questions. After the accident I felt a bit helpless, but with Jim everything was put to ease as I did not have to worry because he took care of it all! If you've been in an accident and are left with nothing but bills and problems give Jim a call he is an outstanding attorney and will make sure everything gets taken care of!

After my accident the idea of contacting a lawyer didnt occur to me as all parties involved were insured and it was clear which driver was at fault. My friend who drove me to the emergency room insisted on looking for lawyers on my behalf and James Dighero was his top pick. I initially ignored the recommendation until I found myself a week later laying in bed with the liable insurance company trying to convince me to walk down and meet them at the closest cafe to settle the case since i told them i couldnt drive. I hadn't even had a follow up appointment with my doctor or returned to work and they were on my case trying to get me to settle. I called James and that all ended. He took over and saw the case through for several months before it finally concluded. He kept me updated the entire time and did all the worrying and hassling with the insurance company for me. God forbid this ever happens again, the only thing I would change is that I wouldn't hesitate to call James Dighero.
