Introduction: Innovative strength & conditioning is different because we understand the in order to make real lasting change, it starts with your mind set. We coach you on becoming mentally tougher because we know once you achieve mental toughness the physical part (weight loss,muscle building) will come together. Being the owner/ coach at team-isc is amazing because I get to watch my members grow. It's so much fun to see and hear people say what they "can't " do or what they've never been able to do, until they actually do it! Once they achieve the one thing they never thought they could, they become empowered! And that is when real change starts to happen!
