FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes the at-home training, as well as covers the access to an app utilized for in-between sessions. Also, I do offer package deals, so sessions will go down in price the bigger the package. For example, four sessions (minimum) is $260, or $65 per session. Twelve sessions is $660, or $55 per session. (Taxes are not included in these prices). For online training, the price will again go down the longer the commitment. One month is $139, and four months is $470. (Taxes not included in price).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I arrange for a FREE 30-minute Assessment Call to discuss the potential client's goals. Then, if we agree that we'd be a good fit, we schedule our first session. During that session, we'll dig deeper into goal-setting, as well as complete initial physical assessments. Based on those assessments, I'll be able to create a personalized plan to help the client reach her goals. Online training includes a very similar process, except that instead of doing in-person sessions, we schedule weekly check-ins. I'm able to track the client's progress through an app, where the personalized program is uploaded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is actually in school counseling. However, I decided to return to school to earn a second Masters in Exercise Science with a focus on Wellness and Fitness. I also have been certified as a NASM Personal Trainer.
