FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and competitive. I like to look at the job before giving a price. Sometimes I can talk to a customer on the phone to help me understand the situation enough to give an idea of cost on labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer, look at the job and get all information about the job to know exactly what is expected of me before I give a price. It’s only fair to both of us the customer as well as myself that way...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years apprenticeship, other then that everyday I’m learning something. That’s why I enjoy my career so much. Because things like codes are changing, new water saving techniques and smarter ways of getting things done to save money as well as time.
