- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Large 8hr+ projects can be billed out hourly I.g. documentary or multi-day corp event. Regular and smaller projects like headshots, weddings, and birthdays are priced up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go in with a mutual vision of the final outcome. Tell us what you want, we’ll show you what we can do. If you don't know we'll give plenty of examples to make you comfortable.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve captured everything from dogs to doctors. Neither have bit us.
