We have two levels of pricing depending on the types of services you are looking for. New clients receive the first two months management fees back as a credit! No long term contracts, cancel anytime if you are not happy for any reason, no questions asked. Come experience the PMI way!

Our motto is communication communication communication. When we talk to new clients the #1 thing we hear is that past property managers are difficult to get in touch with. At PMI our policy is to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, however most of the time we are available within the first hour or two, if not right away!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that when comparing prices that you are comparing apples to apples. Discount services often seem attractive upfront but then you realize that they really are not cheaper later when services that are not included become needed.
