Nathaniel was prompt and did an excellent job! I know that the pricing was fair as I had a few estimates. I truly appreciate this because I have been caring for someone with terminal cancer and a child with severe refractory epilepsy and unable to work. Should I have anymore plumbing issues I would not hesitate to call or to refer him to others.

What can I say, Nathanial is an exceptional human being and courteous professional who happens to be offering his services as an ACE plumber. If you are lucky enough to hire him, your work will be done with the utmost care, respect, and quality. You can rest assured Nathanial will be punctual and get the job done. I will be recommending him to all my associates and would be more than happy to hire him again. He also advised me on having my plumbing lines hydro treated to clear up grease, grime and other substances that cause long term drain problems. Pleasant experience with Premier Rooter and Plumbing. I had two (2) issues that needed to be fixed. Nathanial was able to correct the issues same day. He also shared with me my third concern wasn’t an issue that required labor. He was kind enough to answer additional questions regarding my irrigation system with no additional charge. Affordable, timing, punctual, and professional. I would hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide seniors 5% discount and military We provide flat rate pricing and don’t charge per hour we charge per job so client isn’t being over charged for too many hours nor do they feel like they need to watch the clock.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I like to start from scratch and get to know the client and the project and earn there future business. Provide client with a estimate, provide a premium service and receive a star review

I have Graduated a 4 year apprenticeship. I am viega certified. Excavator certified Certified with OSHA Trenchless underground certified
