I chose Erik because he wrote like a human, didn’t just auto-reply asking questions initially answered, and actually replied. He didn’t BS with the estimate, and was available to come out very quickly.
On the job, Erik took the time to do a good job, and even corrected some shoddy work a previous guy did.
He brought his own equipment, didn’t make a mess, and pointed out a couple things that needed attention. He even reseated a spout correctly without asking.
I point these things out because recent hires have literally arrived without ladders, thrown junk from the roof all over the ground, and dragged my hoses all over the roof. Erik was prepared and self-sufficient.
He’s already been recommended to a neighbor, and will be suggested to other neighbors once it starts raining.
