FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read numerous photography publications to stay abreast of current techniques, trends, and technologies within the profession. I also firmly believe that it's in a photographer's best interest to occasionally take refresher classes on their medium - no matter how experienced said photographer may be. I attend professional grade classes and lectures at local galleries and colleges as a means of furthering my art.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I often take portraits and headshots for business professionals and models. I also take a great many architectural and real estate photographs for brokers and agents.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your photographer has a website and portfolio that you can review. Make sure that a photographer is willing to discuss, and clearly explain, their fees in advance of any work or contract. Make sure that a photographer is willing to sign a contract. This will be advantageous to you as a consumer and to the photographer as a professional.
