Our average weekly service starts at $160 but is sometimes dependent on other factors such as the size of the pool and proximity of trees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and transparent. We start by scheduling an on-site visit to assess your pool’s location, size, and equipment details, water chemistry and overall condition. Once service needs are identified, we provide a clear quote and start date. After that, your pool is added to a regular weekly route with consistent service, photo documentation, and clear communication every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training includes certified instruction in pool water chemistry, equipment operation, and safety standards. We’ve completed courses covering chemical balancing, filtration systems, and advanced troubleshooting for pumps and heaters. In addition, we maintain full licensing and insurance, stay current with California pool service regulations, and follow industry best practices to ensure every pool is serviced safely and professionally.
