I am so happy I found Alpha Tile and Eugene! We had a lingering Saltillo tile job on our side yard that I needed finished. Eugene responded quickly, provided an estimate, and got me on his schedule within a few days. He was punctual, pleasant and his work is fantastic. I highly recommend Alpha Tile!

We had the a great pleasure to work with Alpha Tile. They met all of our needs and wants. They were knowledgeable with suggestions and input. My wife really likes marble, however their suggestion with the dark gray flooring was the best choice in my opinion. The workers were well mannered and didn’t have an issue with any of them. Eugene, who did the estimate was sincere and simple. You can tell he knows his stuff and doesn’t play games. An honest contractor, who was worth every penny.

I hired this company to do a small bath remodel. Overall, the work was nicely done but the contractor left me without a shower door. The contractor said that shower door I wanted was considered custom and he could not perform the task, so he contracted it out to another company that specializes in shower doors. At the end of the job, Alpha Tile left me without a shower door. As the contractor, it was their responsibility to ensure that the work was totally complete. Both contractor and subcontractor refused to help me, leaving me to find someone to complete the shower on my own. Not only was this behavior unacceptable but extremely unprofessional and for that I would not recommend this company if they tell you they need another party to help complete a job. Very disappointing and unfortunate to be treated in this way.
