I meet with Brian today. My need is to convert a tub/shower to a shower only for my son who will be returning from a deployment. My project changed after contacting Insight and I sent a message to say I had additional needs. Quick response which is always helpful.
Brian did show and showed on time. He gave me many options to keep the project price under control. I can purchase all materials or he can purchase for me. I like the options. He gave me an overview and took time to answer my questions.
I am waiting his estimate currently. So many Contractors do not show or its not worth their time yet they do not let the customer know that is the situation. I feel Brian will respond with an estimate as promised.
I am really most impressed with Brian and hope I have found a contractor that I can use long term future projects :).

We were very happy with the pond that insight built. We had a very old pond and they were able to restore it to very good condition. I was pleased with their thoroughness. The waterfall and filtration equipment added were exactly what was need. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a pool restoration.

I hired them for garage finishing, including insulation, concrete sealing and flooring, ceiling sheet rocking,door replacement, window installation, and wall socket installation.
The end result was amazing! Our garage went from ice cave/sweat chamber to a comfortable office space! The storage they added was amazing, and it’s hard to imagine how shabby it used to look.
They were very responsive, reasonably priced, punctual, and very creative in their ideation with my vague notions of what I wanted.
I’ll be hiring them again!
