David and his crew did a great job cleaning up a shed destroyed by fire. He communicated well, asked plenty of questions, and they acted with great professionalism and responsiveness. I would hire them again.

We had a leak spring from between the walls on the second floor. It affected a bathroom, an adjacent bedroom and the kitchen area below.
David at Pro Service was able to show up quickly to assess the cause and damage.
He was able to promptly set up plastic enclosures in the rooms before he tore out the drywall and set up fans and dehumidifiers.
I appreciated his dedication to keep all the areas clean, and to keep dust and debris in the enclosed areas. He set up floor coverings for the paths he used when walking through the house as well.
David was always available through texting, and he would always call back within a reasonable amount of time.
He was patient with all my questions, since this was the first time this happened to us. He was also patient with us while we worked out the situation with insurance.
