David responds quickly, explains his process from end to end and is available at every opportunity. It can be a bit overwhelming when you are unsure of water damage and the steps needed to repair. David supports you the whole way through. We called a few companies for quotes. Pro Service was consistent, reliable and communicative. I recommend to all of my friends and family.

We feel incredibly fortunate that we chose David and his team at ProService Restoration to remediate a water leak in our upstairs bathroom. David was incredibly knowledgeable in locating the source of the leak in order to preserve as much of the bathroom as possible, and was a wonderful resource in helping us to figure out how to proceed with the repairs. This team goes above and beyond and was extremely professional, prompt, skilled and transparent throughout the entire process. The advice, work and recommendations that we received were amazingly helpful in navigating an unexpected water emergency. We compared a few other options in the area and strongly feel that David and his team offer the best value and expertise in home restoration. Highly recommend!

We had a leak spring from between the walls on the second floor. It affected a bathroom, an adjacent bedroom and the kitchen area below. David at Pro Service was able to show up quickly to assess the cause and damage. He was able to promptly set up plastic enclosures in the rooms before he tore out the drywall and set up fans and dehumidifiers. I appreciated his dedication to keep all the areas clean, and to keep dust and debris in the enclosed areas. He set up floor coverings for the paths he used when walking through the house as well. David was always available through texting, and he would always call back within a reasonable amount of time. He was patient with all my questions, since this was the first time this happened to us. He was also patient with us while we worked out the situation with insurance.
