- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to charge a little on the cheaper side as opposed to other companies because we want to grow as a company and show customers that not just because you charge more the quality will be any less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them a call or txt to set up a schedule usually if they can provide a number of windows and/or sliding doors we will be cleaning we should be able to give an accurate price for our job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this since 2020 and have been improving our skills ever since hoping to give our customers the best quality work.
