Introduction
My name is Olivia Smith, I am a yoga instructor to all levels. I focus my classes on connecting the breath to the body to stimulate flow state of mind and movement meditation. I received my 200hr RYT teaching certificate from Zuda Yoga as well as my 25hr TT in yin yoga under Joe Barnette.
I teach in a way that encourages self-love and self trust, and it is of high importance to me that trust and respect are at the foundation of my teaching.
I am here to serve my community through blissful living.
