FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. I am semi-retired, so I don't depend on this work for my living. I do it because I am fascinated by the work and love the opportunity to learn something new. For that reason, I am a bargain at $25 an hour. If I have a clear idea of what is needed, I can price by the job rather than by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is always understanding your business. It happens seldom, but, if I feel I don't sufficiently understand, I will refer you elsewhere. My background is varied, and I insist on knowing how your particular business works before accepting any job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in economics, but I have spent a career learning about many different businesses, so that I could serve them superlatively.
