Pio M construction is a General construction company based in Salinas California. A family owned and operated business serving the valley and most of its counties. At P.M.C our head contractors count on more than 20 years of experience to deliver quality work. Founded in 2017, although a fairly young company we are committed to a high level of attention and service. The company is managed by President Fernando Pio Molinero and Director of Administration Alejandro Pio (son). Our onsite crew primarily covers the residing areas north of San Jose CA. While we specialize in the framing part of our structures, we also cover nearly every other area that would be required to complete any project. Overall P.M.C is a well grounded team who works together in every form to create a great working environment. This alone is the most important factor in order to deliver a solid and seamless job. P.M.C is CSLB certified, and works with all regulations according to OSHA and DCA.

Fernando worked on several projects for my house including framing, drainage and decking. He is very responsive and his work is fast but also high quality. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Pio M Construction on our bathroom remodel. What started as one large bathroom was expertly transformed into two smaller, fully functional bathrooms, and the results exceeded our expectations. Owner Fernando, son Alex and team, were wonderful to work with--professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to quality work. We trusted and felt comfortable with them. We welcomed their suggestions, and the outcomes were excellent. The project was well organized, communication was clear throughout, and the craftsmanship really shows in the finished spaces. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Pio M Construction to anyone considering a remodel.

Alex & Fernando's team were reliable and did high quality work for our garage upgrade.
They upgraded our electrical, installed electric car charger, attic and wall insulation, and very high quality paint job.
They took care of our small needs and went beyond what we had scoped within the project.
All the workers were professional and respectful to us, and kept the area tidy and clean.
Alex and Fernando were very easy to communicate with and were honest about estimate, and made sure that there were no surprises during the project.

Pio Construction was great to work with. They completed the project in under 3 months, worked with us throughout the entire project by checking with us whenever they had questions. They also took our input things such as placement of outlets, vents and responded to anything questions we had. They also addressed any of all of our concerns throughout and after the construction process. They are willing to make things right and are super customer focused. Best of all, they delivered the project on time.

Our typical process when working with a customer will begin with a phone call and exchange of information. We will then reach out to for a field visit where we can meet the customer and gather more information to negotiate the scope of the work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Pio M Construction was founded in 2017. Prior to that, our head contractor had already been in the industry working for big companies in the area for more than 20 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our best advise when looking to hire a pro is to always make sure proper communication is being made. Great communication will deliver a a project effortlessly and on time.
