I had an issue in an AirBnb regarding a motion-sensor light switch. In other words, waking up at 2am to use the bathroom meant being flooded with obnoxiously bright light. We are waiting for an order to come in but overall they seem to know their stuff and they were on time.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes a $260 minimum for labor plus materials. A $75 service fee is required for site visits, which covers travel and assessment time. If you move forward with the work, that fee is credited toward the total cost. Payment is due upon completion of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once approved, I schedule the job and complete the work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe jobsite. I communicate throughout the project and review the completed work with you at the end. Payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work.
