- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t think there is much to know. My pricing is what I feel the work is valued at to me. Over the years I’ve learned to value what I do. But I’m also flexible to work with everybody’s budget within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call first establish greetings and expectations. Site or home visit to go over repairs or project. Work up an estimate. Once accepted schedule date to have repair done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished Jr college with my associates in construction and drafting technology. I’ve also been in the construction industry for every bit of 20 years. Lots of repairs and home updates later here we are.
