We had a few ongoing problems but called due to a drain backup. Ricardo came out to clear the issue and was very helpful in explaining the issues. We had root intrusion which led to a weekend of diagnostics and possible repairs. Overalll we were very satisfied with the crews knowledge and approach; Ricardo came back with colleague Daniel to do the agreed-upon work and they were prompt, considerate and willing to go beyond the minimum to make sure we were taken care of. I can highly recommend the team at Lincoln and Ricardo as a technician.

Ricardo was a super great technician, and nice guy. We had a deep clog, and he came and rooted it for me. He showed up super quickly and they gave me a great deal. Would strongly recommend giving them a call if youre in SBC!

Dom and his lil son Andrew came over and showed up on time and ready to work . They cleaned out some old pipes with the Hydrojet, my plumbing is working great . Dom also chg some pipes in my kitchen that were fitted incorrectly with a previous plumber . Dom is very responsible , reliable and hard worker, hes already teaching lil Andrew his trade

Called them last minute for a toilet installation and they were so prompt with responding and sending someone over the same day! Ricardo serviced our home and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The quality of service was excellent and impressive that weve already scheduled a follow-up to replace our water heater.
